Shipping Policy:

For US orders totaling $100 or more and for foreign orders costing $150 or more, Artlife and Style offers free standard delivery. Your order must have a pre-tax value of at least $100 USD or $150 USD for international orders in order to qualify for this free service within the US.

We provide regular worldwide shipping choices at real shipping rates for orders placed within the US that total less than $100 USD and orders placed outside the US that total less than $150 USD.

During the checkout process, you can see every shipment time choice that is offered.

Return / Refund Policy:

You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

Contact us at info@artlifeandstyle.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.

Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.

Refunds

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
